Hi, we're Antonella and Nicolas — a husband-and-wife team originally from Argentina and the hearts behind Antonella's Cleaning Service.
Our company was born from Antonella's passion for cleanliness and organization, and the belief that a clean, organized home brings more than beauty — it brings calm, comfort, and peace of mind.

Clear communication helps us care for your home efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.
How to prepare your home
Please put away loose clothing, toys, dishes, and personal items; clear surfaces and access to rooms you'd like cleaned. Let us know about changes since your estimate. You are welcome to be home, but please keep the areas we're cleaning available and avoid using them until we're finished.
Access & pets
Let us know whether someone will greet us, you use a door code, or another access arrangement is needed. We coordinate sensitive access details privately after scheduling. Please tell us how many pets you have, their type and size, and whether they shed heavily. Keep pets safely secured when needed.
Personalized estimates
We prefer an in-person walkthrough. When that isn't possible, we can prepare a preliminary estimate from photos or videos. The final price depends on the property's actual condition, size, access, and requested work. If the home requires significantly more work than shown, we will discuss any additional charge and request your approval before proceeding.
First visit: deep cleaning
All new residential cleaning clients begin with an initial deep cleaning to establish a detailed baseline. Afterward, you can schedule weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance. Unusually heavy clutter or extra preparation may require an approved additional charge, a separate organization service, or cleaning only the accessible areas.

- Interior window cleaning (available as an add-on for maintenance services)

- Home organization: closets, drawers, pantries, cabinets, and more
- Laundry and bed linen changes
- Additional pet-hair removal when needed
Extras are quoted separately and completed only with your approval. Interior windows and accessible tracks are included in our initial deep cleaning. Interior window cleaning can be requested as an additional service for maintenance appointments.
Services we don't provide
- Biohazard or hazardous waste cleanup
- Pet waste, litter box, or heavily pet-soiled carpet cleanup
- Insect or rodent infestation cleanup, including droppings
- Large-volume trash, debris, or construction waste removal
- Unsafe heights or areas beyond the reach of our standard tools
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
We may decline tasks that are unsafe or outside the agreed scope. Specialty appliance interiors or heavily stocked spaces must be discussed in advance.

How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home is different. We provide personalized estimates, ideally after an in-person walkthrough or, when necessary, from photos and videos. Estimates may change after seeing the actual condition of the home, with your approval before extra work.
Do I need a deep cleaning first?
Yes. We begin new residential client relationships with an initial deep cleaning, followed by optional weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance.
Can I stay home during cleaning?
Absolutely. We simply ask that the spaces we're working in remain accessible and free of interruptions so we can complete the service efficiently.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes! Please tell us how many pets you have, their size and shedding level. Additional work for heavy pet hair may affect your estimate.
Are add-ons included in the base price?
No. Oven, refrigerator/freezer interiors, cabinet interiors, exterior windows, patios, organization, laundry, linen changes and other requested extras are quoted separately.
